Seaside Haven

We had to stay at Avoca palms on very short notice back in February due to insurance work at our place and ended up staying there for 5 months. Nicole was amazing to help us out- a family of 5 with such short notice at 5pm on a Friday afternoon. We had to move to a couple of apartments due to them already having bookings but Nicole went out of her way to show me the apartments first to make sure they would suit our family. The apartments themselves are clean and tidy and have all the appliances you need. Some are more outdated than others but everything works well and if it didn’t Nicole had it fixed very promptly. Steve the grounds man is also lovely and went out of his way to open the pool for the kids to use even in the cold weather. The whole team at Jackson power property are amazing andante always there too help. I would highly recommend staying at Avoca palms or any other properties they manage.

What a fantastic place for a family holiday - location is fantastic, the actual apartment we stayed in was nice and clean, even the bathrooms, all beds were comfortable, there was plenty of Kitchen ware for inside and outside use and the facilities were great. Getting a little welcome bag full of goodies was a bonus. Booked through Jackson Power Property and staff are fantastic and made it hassle free.
