Unit 3 - Avoca Palms Resort

Unit 3 Avoca Palms Resort. could have been way better. Positive: Location was great. Pool and BBQ area was good. View was nice.Easy access from carpark to unit. Negative: Air Con wasn't working. Balcony was very dirty. I had to hose it all down including the outdoor setting. Don't think it was touched in a long time. There was rubbish in the built in from the previous group that had checked out that morning. I dont believe the unit was cleaned properly. I've booked Avoca palms 3 yrs in a row and my mother inlaw 2 yrs before that. Never any issues till this trip.

Overall it was a great stay and will definitely come back again Positive: The apartment and pool was very clean Negative: The only thing were the beds they could have been a little harder in comfort, we felt they were too soft which made it uncomfortable for the back.

Our family of 19, 9 adults and 9 children, love this place. It works so well as each family has their own unit but it’s easy to meet for meals, games etc. So handy being opposite the oval, tennis courts and lagoon, close to shops, beach and theatre. New manager Nicole very pleasant and efficient and units very clean with all we could want.

Positive: Great for groups of families. Facilities were great. Negative: The games room, pool and bbq were excellent and kept very well maintained
