Unit 24 - Avoca Palms Resort

Our family of 19, 9 adults and 9 children, love this place. It works so well as each family has their own unit but it’s easy to meet for meals, games etc. So handy being opposite the oval, tennis courts and lagoon, close to shops, beach and theatre. New manager Nicole very pleasant and efficient and units very clean with all we could want.

It was ok Positive: The location was good. Close to the beach. The apartment was clean inside. It had coffee, tea, milk, olive oil, salt, pepper which was handy. Negative: It was a bit expensive, and we expected a newer unit for that price. It took us a while to find the remote for the tv, which was stuck inside one of the lounges. The light/fan was broken in one of the rooms, which was annoying as it was hot at night. The people upstairs were very loud early in the morning. The outside area wasn’t clean.
